- Main Beam — Install a new main support beam, 48 linear ft, running from the exterior beam to the interior beam along the right side of the house; ties the existing beams together so the floor load is carried by the new supports (48 linear ft)
- Piers — Install 8 new piers along the beam run, supporting the span under the bedrooms and living rooms (8)
- Garage Beam — Install 24 linear ft of beam under the garage (24 linear ft)
- Piers — Install 4 piers under the garage; set as adjustable metal jacks where the crawlspace allows, poured concrete where the space is limited (4)
- Pricing basis — This beam is priced lower than the main beam: the existing support already carries the load, so no new footing foundation is required
- Sister Joists — Sister 4 floor joists in the bathroom area (4)
- Power Post Piers & Beam — Install 2 power post piers with 6 linear ft of beam to support the bathroom area independently of the kitchen area (2 piers · 6 linear ft)
- Jack Removal & Joist Repair — With the bathroom on its own support, remove the temporary jack under the bathroom and repair the cut joist
- Insulation Removal — Remove the existing floor insulation and its wire mesh in the work areas; the mesh holds moisture against the wood, so it is removed to prevent moisture damage
