- Beam Support — New support beam mid-span carried on the power posts, under the damaged joist area (9 linear ft)
- Sister Joists — Sister 4 floor joists with 2x8 lumber (4)

- Garage Beam — Install 24 linear ft of beam under the garage (24 linear ft)
- Piers — Install 4 piers under the garage; set as adjustable metal jacks where the crawlspace allows, poured concrete where the space is limited (4)

- Power Post Piers & Beam — Install 2 power post piers with 6 linear ft of beam to support the bathroom area independently of the kitchen area (2 piers · 6 linear ft)

- Insulation & Wire Mesh Removal — Removed as part of the clean up — no charge for the insulation removal (the mesh holds moisture against the wood)
